From time to time we have various products for sale in this section.  Many offers are our fully warranted  Standard Doors and Grills on very special sale or discounted pricing.  We also may have, showroom sample sale on units we want to revolve off display, boo boo's and mistakes that are perfectly fine but were made to the wrong size or color or builders cancellations (which are also perfectly fine but were never delivered).  Some of these doors may have been discontinued and some doors may be scratch and dent.  In all cases, a clear detailed description of the door, window or faux grill will be prepared and will include warranty information.  Please read the description sections carefully, make sure this is the product you want and can use and that you understand all the features of it.  These products are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis.  We will "HOLD" an order for you for 24hrs., giving you a chance to confirm measurements, finishes etc.  Unless the description box indicates otherwise, we do not modify sizes, glass style, jamb width or finish on these orders. These products are sold "as is" and are not returnable or refundable for any reason.  Freight, crating, delivery and installation is not included in any of these offers.  With all that said, enjoy looking and we hope you can pick-up a bargain.
